1. Exchanges and returns

To exercise the right to exchange or return, the customer must return, within 30 days from receipt of the order, all the material received. This material must be new and complete as at the time of receipt of the order and the products must be returned in their original conditions. It should also be noted that return costs must be borne by the customer.


This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manuals) and in good condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Toorx will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly, taking into account, however, that this period will depend on the evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counting from the date arrival date).

The customer will be reimbursed, whenever possible, using the same payment method, in the last case by bank transfer, for which the IBAN will be requested.

In case of exchange for another product, the customer may make the exchange within 15 days, from receipt of the product, maintaining the obligation to present the product for exchange in the original conditions and with the return form.
Exceptionally, during the Christmas shopping period – from November 1st to December 7th – the exchange period is extended until January 7th, this extension is not applicable to refunds. The period of 15 days from receipt of the order remains for refunding the amount.

Toorx does not accept returns in situations where the modalities and times provided for by the competent legislation for communicating the withdrawal exercise have not been respected; or if the product is not packaged in the original packaging or not accompanied by all of the original contents.

2. Guarantees and after-sales service

All products sold benefit from a guarantee of conformity, without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees.

Toorx is committed to carrying out any repairs with suppliers. Whatever the problem related to your product, it is necessary to send a copy of the invoice and the return form with the merchandise.
Please note, the warranty does not apply (or partially applies) to the repair of problems resulting from misuse, or failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer's usage specifications. We recommend that you carefully read the user manual provided with the products.

Toorx cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty. Repair quotes not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the quote, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective repair value.

Whenever the customer, on their own initiative, contacts Toorx.pt with the aim of obtaining information about the products, the purchase process, the status of the order or to report any situation related to the website, Toorx.pt may need to collect additional personal data for various purposes that will, in the specific case, be specifically communicated.
