1. Introduction

This document determines the rules for using the Toorx website and establishes the contractual relationships between all users of the Toorx.pt website and the company Onlinewind, Lda, tax taxpayer 517 172 062, company that owns the Toorx.pt website.

All orders on the Toorx website can be placed online, every day, 24 hours a day. The customer will receive confirmation of the order placed by email.

4. Pricing

Toorx reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price indicated on the website will always apply when the customer places the order. 5. Availability

Toorx respects order deadlines as long as stock is available. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, Toorx will contact the customer by email or telephone within 48 hours from the date of the order, in order to inform the new delivery deadline for the product. product or request its change to a similar one.

It is Toorx's policy to only present products for sale that are in stock, in its warehouses, and for various technical or circumstantial reasons there may be a discrepancy between the quantities presented for sale on the Toorx website and the quantities in stock.
