Standard warranty coverage

All equipment includes the following legal warranty coverage:

Structure (frame)
3 years
Mechanical parts
2 years
Cables / pulleys
12 months
Upholstery / grips

Wear parts

Standard process includes

  • 48 working hours to confirm the issue after reporting to assistencia@toorx.pt
  • Up to 30 days for part replacement or maintenance
  • If the visit is due to improper use of the equipment, it will be charged at €0.45/km + €35/hour technician fee

Choose the right plan for your business

For gyms and studios requiring faster response and higher reliability, Toorx offers three service levels.

CORE 5

€50 + 5% of equipment value / year
  • 1 monthly visit
  • General equipment check
  • Basic lubrication and cleaning
  • Simple adjustments (cables, screws, tension)
  • Basic report

Does not include: parts, priority service

Focus: prevention. Without this plan, Toorx is not responsible for loose screws or cable slack.

FAST 8

€100 + 8% of acquisition value / year
  • 1–2 monthly visits
  • Full preventive maintenance
  • Detailed technical diagnosis
  • Minor repairs included
  • Priority support (max. 7 working days)
  • Reports + recommendations

Extras: 10% discount on wear parts, 1-week replacement target

Focus: faster part replacement and reduced downtime.

PREMIUM 12

€150 + 12% of acquisition value / monthly
  • 2–3 visits per month
  • Full maintenance + corrective actions
  • Guaranteed response time (24h check, 48h visit)
  • Wear parts included
  • 90% of parts stocked in Portugal
  • Backup cardio equipment available
  • Dedicated technician / account manager
