Shipping policy

1. Introduction

All completed and paid orders will be dispatched on the same day, as long as payment has been made by 12:00 on a working day. Orders paid after this time will be shipped the next business day.

If we have any questions related to the order (delivery address, payment confirmation, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Support. The order will not be shipped until we receive a response to our message. If we do not receive any response, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.

2. Shipping

What is the difference between “Normal Shipping” and “Installation at Home”?

Normal shipping involves delivery by carrier, delivered by just one person, and where the recipient must have the necessary conditions to receive the equipment at street level and place it at the desired location by their own means.

Installation at home involves shipping by Toorx transport, where two professionals will go and take over all delivery and assembly, even if the location is higher than street level (e.g. apartment). In this case, delivery is guaranteed to the desired location (as long as it is physically possible) and the customer will not have any additional concerns other than opening the front door.

3. Shipping costs

Free Shipping:

Orders from 200€ to South Europe
Orders from 500€ to Ireland

Other prices

75€ for all orders below 500€ to Ireland
75€ for all orders to Azores and Madeira (Portugal)
9,90€ for all orders below 200€ to South Europe 


3. Delivery time

All shipments to Portugal (Continental) have a maximum delivery time of 48h to 72h (working days). For the Islands, they have a delivery time of between one and two weeks.
Shipments to Spain (Continental) have a delivery time of 48h to 72h (working days). For the Islands, delivery time upon request.

3. Returns

Toorx accepts returns in accordance with the deadlines set out in law 14 days (and extends to 30 days) after purchase, the customer has the right to request a refund of the entire amount as long as the item arrives at our facilities in the exact condition in which delivered, it is therefore suggested that you keep the original box and accessories in good condition. It should be noted that return (shipping) costs must be borne by the customer.
