This Total Core has a platform with a non-slip rubber bottom surface for a safe and comfortable workout.

Equipped with a 360° rotating pin and double barb insert with 25mm and 50mm bore diameter.
It has a 'T-bar' handle to implement a range of exercises.
Ideal for core training.
