Details

The Toorx Rwx 3000 Semi-Professional Rowing Machine has a water resistance system adjustable in 6 resistance levels (depending on the water level) and designed to simulate the dynamics of a rowing machine moving in the water.

The console has an LCD display and smartphone/tablet support.

Still on the console, you can view training data: strokes/min and total strokes, calories, time, time/500 m, drag force, SPM, distance and heart rate. Heart rate is obtained through a chest strap (not included).

It also has the following programs: quick start, free training, target (interval/single), personalized and race.

With an integrated Bluetooth system compatible with the Kinomap application (subscription not included).

The bench is padded and very comfortable, with sliding bearings on the aluminum rail.

The maximum supported user weight is 160 kg.
