- An adjustable bar with variable load with selection, 12 sets of quick selection weights, from 2 to 19 kg (2, 4, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, 11.5, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19 kg).

- Two adjustable kettlebells with selection of 12 sets of Quick Select weights, from 1 to 10 kg (1, 2, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8.5, 10 kg).
