Possui uma estrutura de aço tubular reforçado com seção retangular 100 x 50 x 2 mm.

A estrutura tem um peso de aproximadamente de 55 kg e pode suportar uma carga máxima de 320 kg (utilizador + carga)

Os suportes possuem proteção almofadada.

O encosto é forrado em couro ecológico e mede 60 x 31 x 16 cm.

A plataforma é antiderrapante para evitar escorregar durante o exercício.
