This backrest is ideal for those who want to perform exercises to stretch their abdominal muscles.

The Espaldar is made of solid European beech wood, sanded and varnished with a transparent protective layer.

It has 12 oval wooden bars measuring 38 mm in diameter and 81 cm wide. The distance between the bars is 17.5 cm. The distance from the ground to the first bar is 16 cm.
