The TOORX 3-in-1 Plyometric Box is height-adjustable for plyometric exercises.

Allows use at three different heights: 51 - 61 - 76 cm.

It is made of wood with non-slip coating.

It can also be used as a support or base for dumbbell exercises.

It has a hole on each side for easy handling and transport.
