This TOORX Pilates Ring is ideal for training all the main muscles of the chest, arms, legs, back, inner and outer thighs and calves.

It is 38 cm in diameter and is fully coated with highly robust and resistant rubber.

Its typical ring structure features two shaped supports with internal and external handles made of comfortable anatomical foam that guarantee a comfortable exercise for any type of grip and training position.
